Meet the Team
Anthony Lupo is a partner at Arent Fox and member of the executive committee. He primarily focuses in three areas: entertainment, fashion, and advertising and data protection. In addition, he chairs the Fashion Law practice.
Anthony is considered to be a leader in the fashion, retail, and e-commerce space. He was named as one of the top three Retail and e-Commerce lawyers in the United States by Law360. Anthony has long been regarded as one of the premier intellectual property attorneys in the country. Chambers USA ranks him as one of the few Tier 1 lawyers for intellectual property, and the Washington Business Journal regards him as the number-one intellectual property attorney. World Trademark Review 1000 describes Anthony as one of only four “Band 1” attorneys in Washington, DC, for both contentious and non-contentious work, and Legal 500 and Super Lawyers magazine selected Anthony for his experience in intellectual property, entertainment, and advertising and gaming matters.
Cristina Carvalho is a partner at Arent Fox and member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Cristina focuses her practice on all aspects of intellectual property, namely, intellectual property portfolio management, acquisition, licensing, litigation and counseling, both domestically and abroad. Cristina is admitted to practice law in the United States and Brazil.
Darrell S. Gay represents corporate and government clients with respect to their employee related issues. This includes hiring/discharge, discrimination matters, traditional labor/management relations, diversity, workplace training, privacy, wage and hour and issues related to international labor and employment concerns. Darrell’s work for clients with regard to traditional labor matters includes union negotiations, elections, arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges and union avoidance. In addition, he serves as chief negotiator for his clients during collective-bargaining sessions.
Bernice K. Leber’s practice concentrates on the prosecution and defense of complex civil business disputes, with an emphasis on those involving commercial disputes (real property, securities, financial and intellectual property). She also handles professional liability cases, ethics and disciplinary matters involving lawyers, law firms and accountants.
She served as New York State Bar President from 2008-2009.
Malcolm McNeil is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Arent Fox, where he focuses on litigation, business and transactional matters involving international clients. He has approximately 30 years of litigation and commercial experience in a wide variety of matters including business/commercial, construction (defect and coverage issues), employment disputes, administrative proceedings, family law, probate, intellectual property, partnership dissolutions and real property. Malcolm also has 18 years of experience resolving civil disputes as a mediator.
Georgia Ravitz focuses on food and drug law and regulatory policy governing pharmaceuticals (including prescription drugs, generic drugs and over-the-counter drugs), biologics, cosmetics, health and beauty aids, medical devices (both PMA and 510(k) products), dietary supplements, vitamin and mineral products, food, and other consumer goods. Georgia also focuses on the laws and regulations relating to consumer products generally and those administered by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). She currently advises many clients on the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and the additional requirements it imposes on manufacturers, importers, distributors, specialty retailers, and product vendors.
Mike Stevens focuses his practice on representing clients in diverse and complex labor and employment law matters. In addition, he advises and defends clients with respect to public accommodation discrimination and fair housing matters. The scope of his practice is nationwide.
Mike is active in firm management. He previously served on the firm’s executive and compensation committees for many years. He currently co-manages the firm’s Litigation Department.
Dr. Robert Edwards joined Arent Fox as its in-house scientific consultant in 1990. He is a member of the Food and Drug practice, the Consumer Product Safety practice, and the Environmental practice.
Dr. Edwards holds a D.Phil. (PhD) from the University of Oxford in bio-organic chemistry.

Matthew Mills practices in the areas of advertising and marketing, consumer finance, e-commerce, data security and privacy, and intellectual property with particular experience in media and entertainment, financial services, fashion, and consumer products.
Eva Pulliam practices in the areas of advertising and marketing, intellectual property, e-commerce, and privacy.
As a member of the advertising team, Eva reviews advertising materials and advises clients on federal and state laws, including unfair and deceptive trade practices regulations enforced by the Federal Trade Commission. Eva also has experience drafting and reviewing promotion rules for contests and sweepstakes, as well as assisting clients with prize fulfillment documents and other aspects of client promotions.
Amy is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice. She works on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including trademark, copyright, right of publicity, and domain name disputes. Amy regularly assists clients with selecting, clearing, registering, and enforcing trademarks both domestically and abroad, and she manages the trademark portfolios of several large clients. She runs robust Internet watch programs for multiple clients, policing the Internet for infringing domain names and websites, and negotiating settlements with infringers. She has filed numerous successful Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy complaints on behalf of clients, and has worked with registrars and hosts to shut down infringing sites. Amy also has extensive experience resolving intellectual property matters on social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, and YouTube, and has worked on numerous copyright infringement matters. Amy has particular experience in the fashion, media and entertainment, and hospitality industries. She also has a niche focus on intellectual property issues facing political campaigns at both the congressional and presidential levels.
Luna is an associate in the Intellectual Property Group. She focuses her practice on both domestic and international trademark prosecution, enforcement, and counseling, including the selection and clearance of marks in the United States and abroad, registration, licensing, enforcement, due diligence in corporate acquisitions, litigation, and computer law.
Kelli is an associate in the Business Department. She represents clients in a wide variety of commercial transactions, including corporate structuring, finance, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and general corporate law. She also advises clients in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate, as well as in sports-related transactions.
